A graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine Physician Assistant program, Ed later completed a formal internship and training in General and Specialty surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. After years of practice and understanding that the complexities of healthcare delivery systems required not only experience and talent, but disciplined training, he completed his graduate studies in healthcare management and strategic planning at the University of Washington and Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.

Mr. Lopez has been published widely and continues to speak and advise at hospitals, medical practices, corporations, public policy agencies and professional organizations around the country on the various issues of healthcare delivery systems that plague our nation's people and economy. He and his staff are committed to making healthcare delivery an efficient, safe and cost sensitive service available for all Americans, provided by well-trained professionals.
